How we handle the information you share with us.
This page explains what happens to the information submitted through the waitlist and partner forms on this private preview site. It's written in plain language on purpose — no legal jargon, no fine print designed to be skipped.
Effective as of August 2026. This policy applies to this preview website only and will be revisited as the practice moves toward launch.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form or the referral-partner form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, the option you select from a short dropdown (for example, prospective patient or type of referral partner), an organization or practice name if you provide one, and any optional message you choose to write. We don't collect anything beyond what's in those forms — there are no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, and no advertising cookies anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
The only reason we ask for this information is to follow up with you — to let you know when the practice is ready to accept patients, or to start a conversation about a referral partnership. That's it. It's not used for marketing lists, it's not sold, and it's not shared with advertisers.
Please don't share sensitive medical details here
This form is for waitlist and introduction purposes only — it is not a secure clinical intake system, and it is not monitored for emergencies. Please don't include specific medical history, diagnoses, medication names, or other protected health information in the message field. If you're in crisis right now, call 911 or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) instead of using this form.
Who can see it
Waitlist and partner submissions are visible only to the practice's founder through a private, password-protected admin view. We don't share this information with any outside company, and we don't share it publicly. It's used solely to plan for and reach out about the practice opening.
Once the practice opens
Storms & Stillness is still in development and isn't accepting patients yet. Once the practice is licensed, credentialed, and open to patients, any protected health information collected as part of actual clinical care will be handled through a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system, governed by HIPAA and applicable state privacy law — separate from this waitlist form, which will be retired at that point.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your waitlist or partner submission at any time. Since this preview site doesn't publish a direct email address yet, the easiest way to reach us is through Instagram or by submitting a new message through the contact page noting your request.
Changes to this policy
As this practice moves from private preview toward a public launch, this policy will be updated to reflect our finalized data-handling and HIPAA compliance procedures. Check back here for the most current version.
